Everything is perfect. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The room is so spacious and comfy. You can see the full view of Mt. Fuji when you wake up or before sunset (when the sky is clear). The Fuji view from the hotel is so stunning if you booked with the view, or you can see it in the hotel restaurant and sightseeing area on the 6th floor! (Don't miss it.) The onsen and yukata dress are so comfortable :). Highly impressive.

Great view of mount fuji and the lake. Great for that purpose. Have onsen on the basement which you can experience while in japan.

Very nice hotel with and pretty nice view of the lake behind the hotel and Fuji in the front of the hotel. Extremely nice wooden and flourish garden style area surrounding the hotel. Shuttle to and from hotel. Shuttle is hard to find if you don’t know where it stops at the train station.

I loved that there was a balcony, great view of Fuji! Onsen is nice, I liked bathing in the evening, so peaceful, they do have vending machines in the basement. Free Shuttle bus from kawaguchiko station and back ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Staff was very helpful!
