What Guests Say About Their Stay

Everything is perfect. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The room is so spacious and comfy. You can see the full view of Mt. Fuji when you wake up or before sunset (when the sky is clear). The Fuji view from the hotel is so stunning if you booked with the view, or you can see it in the hotel restaurant and sightseeing area on the 6th floor! (Don't miss it.) The onsen and yukata dress are so comfortable :). Highly impressive.

The room was nice. The hotel has a great view as described and is so relaxing. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The only thing is it is in a bit of a food desert. The town is overcrowded and the hotel itself has very little food especially if the restaurant is booked. Highly recommend bringing food with you here.

Loved our stay here. Staff was thorough and friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable. First time sleeping on tatami mats! This was the most expensive hotel on our Japan trip as we were hoping to see Mt Fuji from our room. Unfortunately we didn’t, as it was cloudy. The French restaurant was expensive with very small portions, but flavorful dishes. The breakfast was simply amazing; we got to try Japanese traditional dishes. The free shuttle goes from Kawaguchiko Station to the hotel.

I love our bedroom view to Mount Fuji. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good. The only thing that was kind of inconvenient is that I didn’t get a heads up to make a reservation for dinner and dinner time was full already. If you stay here make sure to make reservation for dinner or you will have to walk to look for a place to eat.

We booked this hotel very close to our travel and were skeptical due to it’s isolated location. Our stay was wonderful, staff is very kind and helpful. Shuttle service makes it breeze to go back and forth to town. Location is very scenic and has good trails. We were lucky to get sunny morning and were able to clearly see majestic Mt. Fuji from the hotel. We will definitely recommend and use this place when return to the area.

My favourite thing about the stay was the view. We had booked the mountain view and it just so happened that the day had clear skies which meant a fantastic view of Mt. Fuji. Staff was very friendly and spoke good enough English to get us settled in. The room itself was very clean and spacious. Our stay included breakfast and the food was amazing. Buffet style breakfast ensured we had enough food to give us energy to visit neighbouring shrines in the area. The cheap bike rentals was also an added bonus. Usually they’re expensive by the station but at the Hotel it was 500 yen for 3 hours if I’m not mistaken. There is a lady who works the gift shop and I’d like to say she was very welcoming and thoughtful. She helped with forwarding our luggage to the next hotel and gave us tips about our next location. She waved us goodbye as we left the hotel. Overall, amazing stay. Food is great, staff is amazing, the view is stellar.
