The service is standard for a 3-star hotel, I requested a non-smoking room with a double bed but the only room I was given was a single bed, the AC wasn't cold enough even though it was set to 16 degrees, and there was no welcome drink either.

The AC is hot and every 1 hour the AC turns off by itself.
