The service is standard for a 3-star hotel, I requested a non-smoking room with a double bed but the only room I was given was a single bed, the AC wasn't cold enough even though it was set to 16 degrees, and there was no welcome drink either.

The food was sparse, worse than street food, and didn't stimulate one's appetite. The towels needed serious attention; they were extremely dirty and rough. There was no exhaust in the bathroom, and the floor was extremely slippery.
