Our stay at Solo Experience Hotel was absolutely wonderful! The location is perfect—within walking distance of Florence’s main attractions, restaurants, and shops, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. The hospitality was exceptional from the moment we arrived. We were traveling as a family of six plus a baby with plenty of luggage, and the staff graciously helped carry all of our bags to our room. That thoughtful gesture made our arrival so much easier. The breakfast staff truly stood out. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming every morning. They even went out of their way to prepare a packed breakfast for our family the night before when we had an early tour that departed before breakfast service began. That level of care and thoughtfulness meant so much to us and is something we’ll always remember. Everything about our experience exceeded our expectations. From the outstanding service to the unbeatable location, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Florence. We highly recommend Solo Experience Hotel and would happily stay there again!

One of the top hotels in Florence! As a family of three, we had one of the most comfortable and stress-free stays we’ve ever experienced. The staff were exceptional—their only mission seemed to be making sure we enjoyed every step of our stay. They were always attentive, welcoming, and ready to help with anything we needed. Many thanks to the outstanding management and the entire team for making our visit so memorable. We highly recommend this hotel and would be delighted to stay here again.

super friendly staff, spacious and clean room, and great location. However, you won't see the duomo from your room. it is very close by, but not the view from the hotel.

The room was spacious and great for a long stay. The staff were the best part honestly everyone was super friendly and helpful and were happy to greet us and wish us a good day when we were coming and going. Thanks for the great stay!

Loved this hotel but if you get room 400 prepare yourself to climb up and down stairs, go down a ramp and up two elevators then cross a little bridge and go up more stairs. It’s literally the last room at the top of the property. Staff was very helpful and nice. Location was fantastic. Air conditioning was great first night not great second. Would stay there again but not on the rooftop room.

Repeat customers - that says it all! Great location, gorgeous hotel, wonderful breakfast, and the front desk staff are always lovely. The breakfast staff can be a little cranky, especially if you go down close to ending time, but that's the only negative we can even find to say. If you want a nice hotel that feels upscale, centrally located in Firenze, book here. You won't regret it!

Great location and breakfast. Room was nice, but the ac had one vent for a large room sleeping 6 and was central, so did not ventilate the room.

The hotel is in a perfect location, close to many tourist attractions. The room and bathroom were modern and spacious. I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the hotel was!

The hotel is so central for everything . Restaurants 2.mins walk . Staff so helpful. Breakfast very good but excellent coffee shops every where. We had a junior suite very comfortable bed and lots of room for cases etc .

Un excellent séjour dans un hôtel idéalement situé ! J’ai passé un très agréable moment dans cet hôtel. Son emplacement est un véritable atout : il est situé à proximité de toutes les principales attractions, ce qui permet de tout découvrir facilement à pied ou en quelques minutes de transport. La chambre était confortable, propre et bien entretenue, et le personnel s’est montré accueillant et disponible. C’est une adresse parfaite pour profiter pleinement de la ville sans perdre de temps dans les déplacements. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel à tous ceux qui recherchent confort, praticité et un emplacement privilégié !
