Our stay at Solo Experience Hotel was absolutely wonderful! The location is perfect—within walking distance of Florence’s main attractions, restaurants, and shops, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. The hospitality was exceptional from the moment we arrived. We were traveling as a family of six plus a baby with plenty of luggage, and the staff graciously helped carry all of our bags to our room. That thoughtful gesture made our arrival so much easier. The breakfast staff truly stood out. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming every morning. They even went out of their way to prepare a packed breakfast for our family the night before when we had an early tour that departed before breakfast service began. That level of care and thoughtfulness meant so much to us and is something we’ll always remember. Everything about our experience exceeded our expectations. From the outstanding service to the unbeatable location, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Florence. We highly recommend Solo Experience Hotel and would happily stay there again!

One of the top hotels in Florence! As a family of three, we had one of the most comfortable and stress-free stays we’ve ever experienced. The staff were exceptional—their only mission seemed to be making sure we enjoyed every step of our stay. They were always attentive, welcoming, and ready to help with anything we needed. Many thanks to the outstanding management and the entire team for making our visit so memorable. We highly recommend this hotel and would be delighted to stay here again.

super friendly staff, spacious and clean room, and great location. However, you won't see the duomo from your room. it is very close by, but not the view from the hotel.

Un excellent séjour dans un hôtel idéalement situé ! J’ai passé un très agréable moment dans cet hôtel. Son emplacement est un véritable atout : il est situé à proximité de toutes les principales attractions, ce qui permet de tout découvrir facilement à pied ou en quelques minutes de transport. La chambre était confortable, propre et bien entretenue, et le personnel s’est montré accueillant et disponible. C’est une adresse parfaite pour profiter pleinement de la ville sans perdre de temps dans les déplacements.
