Repeat customers - that says it all! Great location, gorgeous hotel, wonderful breakfast, and the front desk staff are always lovely. The breakfast staff can be a little cranky, especially if you go down close to ending time, but that's the only negative we can even find to say. If you want a nice hotel that feels upscale, centrally located in Firenze, book here. You won't regret it!

Loved this hotel but if you get room 400 prepare yourself to climb up and down stairs, go down a ramp and up two elevators then cross a little bridge and go up more stairs. It’s literally the last room at the top of the property. Staff was very helpful and nice. Location was fantastic. Air conditioning was great first night not great second. Would stay there again but not on the rooftop room.

The hotel is so central for everything . Restaurants 2.mins walk . Staff so helpful. Breakfast very good but excellent coffee shops every where. We had a junior suite very comfortable bed and lots of room for cases etc .

Un excellent séjour dans un hôtel idéalement situé ! J’ai passé un très agréable moment dans cet hôtel. Son emplacement est un véritable atout : il est situé à proximité de toutes les principales attractions, ce qui permet de tout découvrir facilement à pied ou en quelques minutes de transport. La chambre était confortable, propre et bien entretenue, et le personnel s’est montré accueillant et disponible. C’est une adresse parfaite pour profiter pleinement de la ville sans perdre de temps dans les déplacements. The staff is very friendly and the location is absolutely perfect!! Everything is around you within a 15 minute walk. I told them we were staying here for our honeymoon and they were very kind to have a dessert waiting for us in our room that said “best wishes.” This small gesture shows how much the staff truly cares here and they will go above and beyond. They were also kind enough to schedule us our cab for when we left. I absolutely recommend staying here!!

This is fantastic hotel if staying in Florence. Not far from the train station. Very clean and friendly staff. Breakfast was amazing they have locally sourced products and they make you fresh coffee.

Excellent hotel to stay in. The location was incredible. Walking outside the front doors to see the Basilica di San Morenzo was an incredible experience. The staff were extremely friendly and assisted us whenever we needed them. I had to ask for ice for my drinks often and they always retrieved it for me. This is a great place to stay.
