Make check-in time easier, if the room is already available without having to wait until 14.00, because the long journey is tiring, you need to rest immediately.

The hotel itself is nice, comfortable, and luxurious. Unfortunately, the amenities don't match the price. When we arrived in the afternoon, the bathroom water was off, and when it was turned on, it was murky and dirty. The next morning, around 9:00, the water was off again. Water is a basic necessity that should be considered. Hotel rates are quite expensive, so expectations for comfort and basic amenities are naturally higher. Hopefully, management can be more serious about improving the quality of service and facility maintenance.

I had a very memorable stay here. The service was excellent and we had free access to the hot springs. The room was clean, but it smelled a little bad when I checked in because it lacked any fragrance. Check-in took a while, perhaps because it was the weekend, but overall, I was satisfied with my stay and hope to return again next time.

A comfortable vacation staying at Sari Ater Subang, friendly staff, spacious tourist area, delicious food at breakfast. I tried ordering fried rice at the restaurant at night after soaking in the hot springs, the taste was standard, nothing special, but I felt it was expensive, chicken fried rice + hot plain tea + 600ml mineral water, total Rp 133,000, - I think you need to ask the price first before ordering and ask for a payment receipt

The hotel staff was very friendly, and the check-in and check-out times were very helpful. This was the first time our family stayed with dinner, not just breakfast. The food was very varied; the pudding and soto Bandung were delicious, the fruit was fresh, and the coffee was unlimited. 🫶🏼

Stay at the Rusa Cabin. It has a balcony overlooking the river, and the bathroom is located outside the tent. It sleeps four people, and you'll also find cassava and bandrek snacks in the afternoon. Breakfast is served near the tent at the restaurant. The food is decent, though not overly plentiful. This place is perfect for those seeking a natural, fresh air experience.
