The hotel is a good choice for a transit stay in KL, as it is very close to KL Sentral (the city public transportation hub) - just about 5 minutes walking distance. There are many restaurants nearby - variety of foods - 24 hours. Generally, I'm happy with the stay.

Room is clean. The hotel is near to everything. Will recommend if you just stay there to sleep while having the best time in Kuala Lumpur.

The hotel room is good, staff also good, but they do not provide a refrigerator. The hair dryer and towel are very dirty, far from white (bit black and thin towel). The towel is almost every day they give the old towel. The towel is not suitable for use; it should have been changed.

They were super helpful and accommodating. Honestly, 10 thumbs up for the hospitality! 👏 The location is also perfect and very convenient. It’s close to everywhere — KL Sentral is just on the right, and the monorail station is on the left, so getting around KL was really easy. If I’m back in KL, I’ll definitely be staying here again. Super love this hotel! ❤️

Not every room has a fridge. In fact, few do. It was never stated online until after check-in. Today, even small hotels in tropical countries are equipped with them. If you love Indian eateries, NSEW is the perfect location in Little India. This is not the first time staying here. BTW, rooms are not big either, plus very few electric plugs by the bedside. It's not a new hotel, just kept well.
