Absolutely loved my stay here! The hotel is amazing — everything was so good, from the service and cleanliness to the overall hospitality. ❤️ I requested a quiet room and also asked to change rooms, and the staff handled everything so kindly and professionally. They were super helpful and accommodating. Honestly, 10 thumbs up for the hospitality! 👏 The location is also perfect and very convenient. It’s close to everywhere — KL Sentral is just on the right, and the monorail station is on the left, so getting around KL was really easy. If I’m back in KL, I’ll definitely be staying here again. Super love this hotel! ❤️

The room is comfortable and clean, especially it's quiet to have a good sleep at night with the soundproof windows. Moreover, the shower power is strong and the AC is cool enough, and I would look forward to coming back again. Worthy for stay.

Our family's favorite hotel when we visit KL. - Strategic location (near NU Sentral, Tun Sambanthan monorail station, KL Sentral station) - Next to the hotel is a delicious nasi kandar restaurant, close to a supermarket, a fruit shop, and quite close to a money changer. - Very affordable price for this location and quality of hotel :) - Very friendly staff. - Clean, comfortable rooms, cool and adjustable AC, not cramped. During our stay, we never encountered any broken room facilities, the elevator is large and not slow. - Quiet atmosphere, not noisy. - I once booked a room on the app last minute, and upon arrival, the check-in process was fast and the room was ready immediately. 👍

The hotel room is good, staff also good, but they do not provide a refrigerator. The hair dryer and towel are very dirty, far from white (bit black and thin towel). The towel is almost every day they give the old towel. The towel is not suitable for use; it should have been changed.

Not every room has a fridge. In fact, few do. It was never stated online until after check-in. Today, even small hotels in tropical countries are equipped with them. If you love Indian eateries, NSEW is the perfect location in Little India. This is not the first time staying here. BTW, rooms are not big either, plus very few electric plugs by the bedside. It's not a new hotel, just kept well.

The hotel is one of the bigger budget hotels around KL Sentral. It's quite popular with the locals. The room is large and the bed comfy. It's a bit dated, but seems to be well-maintained. Staff was very friendly.
