Hotels in KL Sentral

Thank you to Ms. Ariana, the front office staff who helped me check in. She gave me a free late check-out at 1 PM. The room was also very clean and cool. The bellboy/doorman was also very friendly. The housekeeping staff, Kay, who knows what, worked quickly, neatly, and cleanly. She ensured my room was perfectly clean. They even made the towels in the room into swan shapes (sorry, I lost the paper that asked you to write down your name and put it on the desk in the room, but I read your name was similar to mine, but I forgot your last name, brother. Please accept my apology). The room, lobby, and rooftop have been beautifully renovated. My last stay was in 2019, before Covid. I'll definitely be back. The price is reasonable, the service is good, and it's right in the heart of KL Sentral. It's easy to find food and transportation. And most importantly, the hotel's lighting is bright and there's no spooky or haunted feeling. I'm not someone who dares to sleep alone, but I couldn't help but sleep alone and soundly (the lights and TV were still on). :) Thank you to all the Easy Hotel staff. This is one of the best hotels in Kuala Lumpur, particularly located on KL Sentral. I shall definitely return to this wonderful hotel, thank you.

The room was clean and spacious, perfectly suitable for a couple, with toiletries and a mini fridge provided. The location is excellent, easily accessible to public transportation at KL Sentral and close to many tourist attractions. There are also plenty of restaurants and minimarts within walking distance. A deposit of RM50 was required upon my check-in on 28/8/2025, but since I didn’t have cash at the time, the staff was very helpful and understanding. She kindly reminded me to ensure the hotel access card was returned upon check-out.

The hotel is relatively affordable, the staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and we got a room with a great view. Thank you.

Love this hotel. 3rd time here. So clean, friendly receptionists, super location near Nu Sentral/KL Sentral. Very budget-friendly for basic room.

Easy check-in, clean and newly renovated rooms, helpful luggage storage, lots of food vendors around, easy access to everywhere, I would stay again if I come back.
