Location is strategic as it is nearby KL Sentral station. The price is affordable. Just that the room isn't sound proof as can hear people's foot steps and sounds coming from other rooms at midnight! Went down myself at 2:30 AM to inform the customer service as my in-house telephone isn't working. He went up to inform the room to minimize/off the music, which he did. However, the sound can be heard again at 6:30 AM and I went down again to tell the customer service. He came up to my room to verify if can hear the sound, as he seemed not trust me. And he believed me at last.

I stayed just 1 night, the receptionist was Ok, room was clean, bathroom was clean, but they didn't prepare tissue toilet. and for meals around hotel.....if you don't like Indian food, you can find your meals in the mall in front of the hotel.

It's a good 2-star hotel close to KL Sentral Station. However, you will need to pay a deposit of 100 ringgits at check-in, so I recommend having 100 ringgits ready before check-in.

The hotel I usually stay at is full and the price has gone up, finally I got this hotel, how can I take a shower with the water like that.. I took a shower using a B.A.B spray, it's sad, I have to stay for another 5 nights, the mattress is so hard that my back hurts, there are no hotel slippers, the pillow is flat... ah never mind.. it's an experience.. I took the 2 person Queen room even though I'm alone, what about the single room.. there is a 100 RM deposit which they said will be returned upon check out, strategic location in a row with my hotel, city hotel, location close to NU MALL

Arrived at night no problem, front desk is 24 hours, it's easy to go to KL Sentral just across the hotel... and there is a restaurant near the hotel still open at midnight when I arrived, I asked the staff when checking in. It's a nice and clean room. The location is very good. Will be back one day.

We checked in at 10 pm, but when we checked in our room door was open, there were no bath towels, the room phone was dead so we had to go back and forth to the reception, and after asking the receptionist for towels, the towels that came were still wet like used towels that had been aired. We booked a family room and all four towels we received were equally wet. Around 12 pm the electricity suddenly went out and after we checked in only the ones in our room and we had to go to the reception again to report it. In terms of location, it is very strategic close to the mall and KL Sentral, the staff are also very friendly and the cleanliness is also very good.
