Stayed in a twin room for 3 nights. The staff were nice. They allowed me to check in early. Room was spacious enough, toilet was clean. They have free water refill in the lobby and even allowed luggage storage after check out. Will definitely stay again!

My favorite hotel when visiting Kuala Lumpur. Very near from Kuala Lumpur Sentral. The staff was so friendly and kind. The room was so amazing because we can watch Netflix and Youtube for free. I'm sure I will stay at Westree hotel when I visit Kuala Lumpur again. Thank you 😍.

My most pleasant hotel stay with my family in Kuala Lumpur sentral. The hotel is clean and the room is spacious enough for my family. The staffs are very helpful and polite. I will choose this hotel again and definitely will recommend it to everyone.

Stayed for 5D4N for 2 adults. Check in process is fast and need to give RM50 as deposit. Stay at room 201 and the lift is available. The room is really nice and big space. Shower and shampoo gel was provided but the water pressure is unstable. There are big windows at the room and it's really near to Nu Sentral. You can easily access to the public transport at Kuala Lumpur sentral and crave for food. You also can borrow the hair dryer and the water dispenser is available at GF but sometimes the hot water doesn't work. You can smell the cigarette smell in the hotel.

Overall, it is quite comfortable for singles. The hotel is not very far from Nu Sentral and Kuala Lumpur sentral Monorail Station. The bathroom is well equipped. The staffs are friendly. The hotel is with lift, easy to carry luggage 🤣

Thank you to hotel management cause help us provide a fridge to keep 5 month bby milk. The also help to keep baby's feeder beg ice in their staff fridge. Very kind and helpful

I booked the hotel room for My friend who is a foreigner. But his experience at the hotel stay was not satisfying as he complained that the receptionist/hotel staff was not welcoming and polite/mannerful. Some more the person in charge told why he booked and paid online instead of going there and paying at receiption! couple of time asked my friend whether he made online payment or not where she should be able to check at the system and get details. its like why advertising online and give booking option if you don't want your clients to book online?! Hotel industry is about hospitality and good service to all it's clients No matter whether the client is Malaysian/foreigner/tourist, there is a certain standard of courtesy, politeness,services to maintain.No clients shall be taken as granted. I wish my friend had a good stay there, but I don't think after this unsatisfying experience, he or me ever going to book this hotel again :(
