Arrived at night no problem, front desk is 24 hours, it's easy to go to KL Sentral just across the hotel... and there is a restaurant near the hotel still open at midnight when I arrived, I asked the staff when checking in. It's a nice and clean room. The location is very good. Will be back one day.

We checked in at 10 pm, but when we checked in our room door was open, there were no bath towels, the room phone was dead so we had to go back and forth to the reception, and after asking the receptionist for towels, the towels that came were still wet like used towels that had been aired. We booked a family room and all four towels we received were equally wet. Around 12 pm the electricity suddenly went out and after we checked in only the ones in our room and we had to go to the reception again to report it. In terms of location, it is very strategic close to the mall and KL Sentral, the staff are also very friendly and the cleanliness is also very good.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Ready very friendly. The location is very very strategic close to the mall close to the bus to the airport and genting. Then very close to train transportation so it is very easy to go anywhere you want. Okay thank you affordable price. Thank you.

Good place to stay. The staff is so friendly. The hotel close to NU Mall, KL transportation hub and is surrounded by many Indian and Chinese restaurants.

Small room but close to everywhere

The hotel staff was friendly even though the lights went out, but the service was good and friendly.

There is a deposit of 100 RM, and Tax 10 RM per night. The hotel is clean, the AC is cold, given a prayer mat, there is a water heater in the room plus there is an iron in the hallway floor. And you can refill water freely for drinking. The room is cleaned every day plus the towels are changed. I chose the premier triple room type so it is spacious. For per night at a price of 650 .. very worth it.

Nearby Kuala Lumpur sentral. Just opposite.

To go Kuala Lumpur sentral just walk to opposite. The room is not bad. Overall not bad.
