I booked executive. The pillow was very thin, the jar for boiling water was spoiled, and the bathroom was dirty with many long hairs not cleaned up yet. The room given to us was not clean.

Please improve the cleanliness of the bathrooms and the soap. Please check if they're still available.

Hotel very good, but cleaning not well, especially the bathroom.

Overall, the service was very good, it was just that we happened to get a damp room with a moldy ceiling, but otherwise it was okay for this price, because the room was also clean.

I felt my experience staying there was less than satisfactory in terms of facilities, as detailed below: 1. The room lights were dim, which was very uncomfortable because sometimes we need a brighter, less dim room. 2. Some of the facilities were broken, such as the bathroom drawers, the floor, and the holes in the bathroom ceiling. 3. The cleanliness was poor; the area under the bed looked like it hadn't been cleaned, making it very dirty. 4. The room was very stuffy. Perhaps we got a room like this because we paid a relatively low price, but I think it's better not to compromise on service quality just for the low price; it's better to have a standard price but good facilities. Honestly, I was a bit traumatized staying here and wouldn't want to stay again if the same facilities were available.

The room was noisy, and the AC wasn't cold. It needed a lot of improvement, probably because the hotel was old. I didn't feel at home, so I checked out after 2 or 3 hours and moved.

The breakfast was delicious, though not very extensive. Recommended for those looking for a budget-friendly, strategically located hotel, as there's plenty of food nearby.

The room is not very clean on the floor, the room atmosphere is a bit scary, the hotel access to the food center is okay.

It's very dirty, hopefully it will be cleaned in the future. The phone doesn't work, the toilet is dirty, the bathroom is clogged, the mattress is dirty, and the room smells bad.

The elevator broke down and the room was horrible. I stayed at this hotel because it was an unpleasant experience.

Overall, it was a good stay. It just seemed like the sheets weren't cleaned often enough, so they were still a bit dirty. Hopefully, the AC will be upgraded, as it's already really hot.

The staff are helpful and near some places.
