I'm so fed up staying here. The sheets and blankets look stained. The AC isn't cooling. Even if I add a mattress, it's so hard it feels like sleeping on the floor. Hopefully, the hotel staff will take note of this. Thanks.

For a 2-star hotel with a price of 200 thousand, I think this is very worth it 👍. The service of all the staff is also very friendly and good. I have stayed here for 3 days. Although the hotel is not a new hotel, but if there is a problem I immediately inform and the staff is quick to help. The facilities are also quite complete: soft mattress, blankets, sheets, and pillows are clean and do not smell. The TV is sufficient, the sink, toilet, and shower are quite clean and all work well. The AC is quite cold. The towels are also still good, like new. For other amenities there are soap, toothbrush, tissue, coffee, tea, sugar, and mineral water. Because the service and facilities are good, plus the place is comfortable, I ended up staying for another 3 days 😁👍. Overall, for this price, it is highly recommended! If you are looking for a cheap but comfortable hotel, I think this is one that is worth it.

I booked executive. The pillow was very thin, the jar for boiling water was spoiled, and the bathroom was dirty with many long hairs not cleaned up yet. The room given to us was not clean.

Overall, the service was very good, it was just that we happened to get a damp room with a moldy ceiling, but otherwise it was okay for this price, because the room was also clean.

I felt my experience staying there was less than satisfactory in terms of facilities, as detailed below: 1. The room lights were dim, which was very uncomfortable because sometimes we need a brighter, less dim room. 2. Some of the facilities were broken, such as the bathroom drawers, the floor, and the holes in the bathroom ceiling. 3. The cleanliness was poor; the area under the bed looked like it hadn't been cleaned, making it very dirty. 4. The room was very stuffy. Perhaps we got a room like this because we paid a relatively low price, but I think it's better not to compromise on service quality just for the low price; it's better to have a standard price but good facilities. Honestly, I was a bit traumatized staying here and wouldn't want to stay again if the same facilities were available.

The room was noisy, and the AC wasn't cold. It needed a lot of improvement, probably because the hotel was old. I didn't feel at home, so I checked out after 2 or 3 hours and moved.
