Feodora Hotel Grogol

I've stayed here several times and always liked the close access to everywhere, busway, fast Grab, lots of street food choices, it's okay.

The hotel is comfortable and the receptionist is also friendly.

It's usually good, but yesterday was weird. The room smelled like sweat, no scent at all.

The service is okay... the room is also clean... but the soap dispenser is a bit broken, the AC is not very cold.

It's the best, it's good, I can't comment on anything, it's quite worth it.

It's best because it's close to everything. The important thing is that requests for room clearing are always changed daily.

The hotel's advantages were as expected: comfortable, fairly clean, cool air conditioning, and friendly staff. The disadvantages were limited TV channels, and the Wi-Fi was sometimes choppy. I'd like to see some improvements, but that's okay. For comfort, 80% of the time, it's good service, Feodora Hotel... Overall, it was a pleasant stay... Thank you 🙂☕️

The air conditioning isn't cooling, making it uncomfortable, and there are animals in the rooms and bathrooms. Please improve the facilities—the air conditioning, floors, and bathrooms—so that guests can feel comfortable, safe, and clean.

The AC isn't cold, it's leaking. There's no shampoo in the bathroom.

For dusty rooms and the hotel hallways are not clean enough

I'm so fed up staying here. The sheets and blankets look stained. The AC isn't cooling. Even if I add a mattress, it's so hard it feels like sleeping on the floor. Hopefully, the hotel staff will take note of this. Thanks.

For a 2-star hotel with a price of 200 thousand, I think this is very worth it 👍. The service of all the staff is also very friendly and good. I have stayed here for 3 days. Although the hotel is not a new hotel, but if there is a problem I immediately inform and the staff is quick to help. The facilities are also quite complete: soft mattress, blankets, sheets, and pillows are clean and do not smell. The TV is sufficient, the sink, toilet, and shower are quite clean and all work well. The AC is quite cold. The towels are also still good, like new. For other amenities there are soap, toothbrush, tissue, coffee, tea, sugar, and mineral water. Because the service and facilities are good, plus the place is comfortable, I ended up staying for another 3 days 😁👍. Overall, for this price, it is highly recommended! If you are looking for a cheap but comfortable hotel, I think this is one that is worth it.

The air cleanliness in the room is very dirty and the AC cannot cool the room.

I booked executive. The pillow was very thin, the jar for boiling water was spoiled, and the bathroom was dirty with many long hairs not cleaned up yet. The room given to us was not clean.

Please improve the cleanliness of the bathrooms and the soap. Please check if they're still available.
