I don't recommend the hotel, even though I asked to move three times, but all the rooms were dirty, full of dust, hair, stuffy, smelly, and stained. It looks nice from the outside, but the comfort is not very good. Hopefully, the cleanliness will be improved in the future to make customers feel comfortable when staying.

The hotel is located right in front of the Grogol busway stop, so transportation access is very easy. There are also many food stalls around the hotel, so it's very convenient without having to walk far. The hotel atmosphere is also quite comfortable and clean 👍👍👍👍👍. Check-in and check-out are also very simple, not taking long.

The staff is not friendly, not at the reception, at the breakfast area, I had trouble carrying a plate and couldn't open the door, the staff pretended to be busy, even though there was no one there at all. There was also soap in the room from the moment I entered the room, there wasn't even any for cleaning after pooping, the soap didn't drip, even though I pressed it several times, nothing dripped, my family and I ended up taking a shower using facial wash. Breakfast food too, was only a la carte, only fried rice, my child is still small and can't eat fried rice, so I brought the bread that I uploaded, it's true that you're not allowed to bring food, but there really wasn't any food, at least white rice, so if there are small children who can't eat fried rice, they can be gently teased. This hotel is really bad, it's a 0 star, this is the first time I've been to a hotel, everything is really lacking, nothing is better.

There are lots of cobwebs on the walls of the room, the ceiling is also dirty, please improve the cleanliness, the hotel is nice and strategic, it would be a shame if it wasn't managed properly
