Everything is comfortable👍🏻 Just replace the TV with a smart TV.

A comfortable stay, spacious lobby, arrived immediately greeted by friendly security and staff. The check-in process was fast and hassle-free, there was a welcome drink, and I got a free upgrade to a suite too 😍. Motorcycle parking is safe because it is in the basement, the staff is very helpful with problems during check-in or checkout. You can also leave your luggage after checkout, it's really great. If I go to Jogja again, it will be on my list to stay at Sagan Heritage again 👍🏻🥹🫰🏻. Hopefully in the future they can upgrade to smart TVs in all rooms to make it even more awesome (it was so comfortable that I forgot to take photos/videos hehe).

The room was great. I got a spacious one. The kids slept comfortably too. I highly recommend staying here. The staff is friendly and it's easy to get everywhere.

The hotel staff was very friendly. The security was very helpful. Highly recommended. It's located in the city center, so it's close to everything.

Sagan Heritage Hotel is one of my go-to hotels when visiting Yogyakarta. The tranquil atmosphere is comfortable, and the friendly staff makes you feel even more at home, especially Ms. Kristin, who is friendly and very patient with her guests. Thank you.

The room was clean, the AC was cold. The only thing was, it was a bit noisy. Sounds from outside and upstairs could be heard, making it feel like a boarding house. This was room 202.

It's good, the food is decent but there aren't too many menus, the room has a bathtub.

As usual, never disappoints.

Have stayed here many times, comfortable and clean, even tidier after renovation.

The SOP is too rigid, perhaps not following national hotel SOPs. Upgraded rooms require starting over, checking out at 12pm and then checking in at 2pm. Why do guests have to check out in the lobby? Why not wait in their original room until the upgraded room is ready and then check out? That way, they don't have to tire themselves out carrying luggage. Perhaps the SOP could be made national.

The hotel staff is super friendly, the breakfast is delicious, and there's a playground for small children, so they're safe. The TV isn't a smart TV yet, and the channels are limited. That's all I can suggest: I hope the TV can be upgraded.

So far, it's sufficient for transit needs due to the busy schedule at UGM. I'll try a higher class room for maximum comfort.

The only thing that can help the rating of this hotel is the location, otherwise sorry to say it's a bad experience.

Very happy to be able to stay here, but due to the limited time I didn't get to experience the swimming pool. The room is very comfortable and spacious. Note: there is only 1, if possible there should be a bright light... so it's not all dim
