In terms of location, this hotel is comfortable, not too close to the crowds, and the surrounding area is beautiful with lots of trees. Furthermore, the service is excellent. Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly by the security guard, and the receptionist was also friendly and detailed in their explanations. The staff were also very friendly, always smiling, both in the lounge and the restaurant. I received excellent service throughout my stay.

I stayed in room 512 for two nights during a heavy downpour, and water leaked out of the window. I complained and had it cleaned up, but hopefully it will be fixed soon. I had time to put something there.

Nice hotel and family friendly. I felt it was really good for families with children because there are some playgrounds for kids. The room was so elegant and foods were really good and many. The hotel is in the central of the city, which is good for searching any place to be visited.
