The hotel is nice, comfortable, and clean. There's a kids' room, a swimming pool, and a room bar with billiards. The breakfast is delicious with a wide selection, and the room is clean. The staff is very friendly. Best of luck to AP Premier! The next time I go to Batam, I'll definitely stay here again 🫶

An old-fashioned hotel that has been renovated, the rooms are a bit cramped with old-fashioned chairs, the bathroom is really cramped, the swimming pool is closed in the upper area but opens out, in my opinion it's lacking.

Comfortable and clean. Just a short walk to Harbour Bay. The food is varied.

The only downside was the cleanliness of the room. There were stains on the bed sheets. There were food stains in the sofa. There were also stains on the floor that wouldn't come off. The bathtub was a bit dirty. The towels smelled a bit musty 😭

not friendly for smokers, there is a balcony but you can't smoke. Got an unpleasant confirmation after about 1 hour.40 minutes after checkout that there were fewer snacks even though they hadn't been touched.

There is a children's play area near the restaurant.

The Family Room is the best, spacious and fully equipped. Unfortunately, the bunk beds are wobbly, so my child is afraid to sleep on the top bunk.

Friendly staff, comfortable room, dead toilet flush (I used the jet shower), delicious breakfast with lots of variety, live cooking, and a coffee maker. This deluxe king room has a bathtub, so you can soak in it 🙂
