The location of the hotel is very strategic, close to the Harbor Harbor Ferry Batam, entertainment and shopping centers. The rooms are spacious, clean and the reception staff are friendly and the breakfast is good. complete with swimming pool, fitness and zumba classes and others. Recommended to stay at Tre Beloadge batam.

Room is spacious and bed is comfortable for a good night rest. Service staff at the concierge is all friendly. Staff at the breakfast buffet is also very proactive whenever we ordered food at the love stations and even at the coffee and tea. We were served with smiles and politeness which we truly appreciate. The only downside that I have would be the toilet shower drainage. We are a group of 4, sharing a shower space. The drainage could not drain out the water fast and cause a blockage after the first person is done showering. Water pressure of the bathtub shower is also slow. Otherwise, all the we truly enjoy and make our stay better is the service from all the staff. Thank you! Will come back again with my family and friends.

The hotel is nice, comfortable, and clean. There's a kids' room, a swimming pool, and a room bar with billiards. The breakfast is delicious with a wide selection, and the room is clean. An old-fashioned hotel that has been renovated, the rooms are a bit cramped with old-fashioned chairs, the bathroom is really cramped, the swimming pool is closed in the upper area but opens out, in my opinion it's lacking.

The only downside was the cleanliness of the room. There were stains on the bed sheets. There were food stains in the sofa. There were also stains on the floor that wouldn't come off. The bathtub was a bit dirty. The towels smelled a bit musty 😭
