If you come here, definitely order the grilled ribs, you have to try it, just request the meat to be not too dry so it's juicy and tender ❤️ Thank you very much Maxone Hotel Balikpapan, I will definitely stop by here again.

The Wi-Fi is terrible and slow. The TV keeps loading and trying to watch something. The lights often turn off by themselves.

I swear it was awesome, I didn't regret it. Even though it was my first time. Everything was fine. Initially, I got twin beds on the app, even though I'd requested a large bed. The hotel and receptionist, the guy in white, helped me upgrade to the requested room. The service was top-notch. This will be my favorite hotel when I go to BPP. Thanks to the helpful receptionist.

The room is comfortable, just want to give input on the swimming pool, the bottom of the pool has a lot of loose hooks, and it's a bit dirty because of the sand.

Pros: 1. Friendly staff. 2. Free gym and swimming pool. 3. Strategic location, close to malls and several souvenir shops. 4. Room amenities are quite complete. Cons: 1. The air conditioning in my room wasn't cold enough. 2. Elevator access requires a room access card, so if you're staying with family, you'll have to ask staff for help, as the room access card is usually used to turn on the electricity. 3. The room isn't soundproof; the sound of other guests passing through the hallway can be clearly heard inside, and sounds from within can be heard outside.
