I liked that they’re very accommodating and laid back, they have excellent communication through the app where you can directly message staff for any assistance or questions, they reply as soon as they can and show they truly value us.

Loved the staff. They were friendly and respectful. Will booked there again.

Our whole experience was awesome! Easy check-in to a new-ish hotel impressed us first, and then we heard we were being upgraded to a suite at no extra charge! Rooms were clean and pool was fun! We appreciated the low-sensory atmosphere - welcoming lighting, soft music and no strong aromas in the lobby etc. Wish we had longer here, and will be coming back to visit! Thank you!

The personal touch was great. They send a small cake for my nephew since we were celebrating it. Nice, clean rooms. Love the space.

The stay is here is definitely lovely. The rooms and atmosphere are 10/10 but I don’t recommend the food at the M Club. Breakfast is very bland, don’t expect too much but there are lots of good spots around the area.

Everything was beyond clean and thoughtful. The frontal staff was very helpful and friendly . After a long day of travel the person that checked us in could tell we were tired and offered a bottle of water right away. This seems like a 5star hotel it’s so well laid out and thoughtful . Loved it
