The hotel is nice, the food is varied and delicious.

The location is strategic, and despite being an older hotel, the rooms are spacious, the Wi-Fi is good, parking is very convenient, and the breakfast is quite good and reasonable for the price. The only thing that needs improvement is the cleanliness of the bathroom.

Initially, due to late check-in, I couldn't get the room listed on the app. Thankfully, they managed to secure a non-smoking room.

My second stay was for a Makna&Co study group event. The first time, I got a smoking room without being asked if I wanted one. This time, I got a non-smoking room, but it was so far away that I had to walk around—even further than the first time. The room was okay, quite spacious, with decent furniture, but the refrigerator wasn't cold at all, which was a waste of electricity. The hot water was the same as before, taking a long time to heat up. As for the food, I think the food tasted better than before; there wasn't much variety, but it was sufficient.

The room was large, clean, had a nice atmosphere, and was comfortable. I hope to return.

Grand Kemang has always been a family destination for weekend getaways or for taking the family on a staycation.
