New room, clean and big. No A/C but walking distance from lake and train station. Excellent location, the only reason I don’t scored 5 stars is because they forgot to tell us that water was available at the 3rd floor (had to walk 30 min to find an open store since it was a holiday. Would I stay here again, yes.

Super central quiet location

Everything was adequate in terms of the room and amenities. When it’s the second oldest building in the city, you can’t expect it to have all modern amenities. The bathroom layout with buying door did not provide much privacy. Overall, nice day great location.

Loved the location and having the drinks available in the hallway. Loved the bed and slept well as it was very comfortable. The shower was great once inside but the opening is tight and was abit difficult. Overall, I liked the hotel and would probably return.

Great location. No staff: self check-ing and check-out. Not the most user friendly program to do so. Renovated bathroom but water spills everywhere while showering. The bathroom floor is raised compared to the bedroom: easy to trip on it and fall (especially at night). Tea available in the room. But if one wants coffee (espresso) one must walk out of the room into a common area walking down seven steps and back. This hotel is not ideal for seniors or persons with physical disabilities. Despite there being an elevator, one must still walk up and down stairs to get to one’s room. This hotel feels more like a hostel than a hotel. Overall, an uncomfortable experience. Had we known all this, we would have chosen another hotel.

No staff, self check-in. Bathroom walls needed washing. Only 1 hand towel. Theres a coffee machine on the 3rd floor that we found on our 3rd day (some signage pointing us to it would have saved us a 10 minute walk every mor ing for coffee). Bed was good, location was great.

Great location, clean room, lovely balcony overlooking the square. Didn’t see any staff due to self check-in so didn’t know about visitor pass until a helpful lady at KKL told us about it (gives small discounts on some activities).

Clean room, convenient location, easy check in. We had a wonderful stay in Lucerne.

This is a good place to stay for a short stay to visit Lucerne. It is pretty limited though. There is no desk service, check in is on a tablet, but for us the tablet was not working so we had to call a number and they walked us through how to activate a room card. The room is clean, but small and a little dated. The location is great and easy to walk to everything in town.

Great location. I loved the room and all the extras—clean room and comfortable bed. Luzern is a tourist city, so why doesn’t the hotel use English? I received 5–6 emails from you, and I couldn’t understand any of them. The self check-in system doesn’t work. We were three different guests, and all of us had to call for help. Also, there’s no soundproofing from the hallway —you hear everything and get woken up constantly.

No frills hotel (self check in & out), but it provided just what we neededed— a clean, quiet, spacious room with nice view of church and charming platz in front.

The check in process was fine once we got in the main building, but we had trouble getting in. There were so many emails I may of missed the entry code. Not a fan of auto entry.

We enjoyed our stay. The floor by the shower is wet due to the shower not having a door.
