Excellent staff

Todo estuvo super bien. La decoracion industrial y moderna del lugar capto nuestra atencion, esta muy bien ubicado y Gina y su companero en el front desk fueron espectacularmente amables. Regresaremos nos sentimos como en casa.

I really like the place. The staff was excellent. I checked in bc dry late the security guard after practicing my Spanish had my personal check in card already at the desk. The actual room was clean and modern and also had nice personality touches like a card with local places to go and also a nice stocked refrigerator with water soda and beer. During the day the staff were super helpful too. I had a room with no windows so I actually sleep better.

Fantastic property especially if sharing with a friend. We got the double room which had separate double beds and double sinks in the bathroom. Staff kept the room spotlessly clean everyday BUT sometimes forgot to replace all towels during our 8 night stay. They were not so responsive via email, but other than that we didn’t have any issues and would book again!

UTOPIC is located in a good area, very clean, good atmosphere, secure, the apartment was very spacious. Personally, I definitely considered for next stay.

The unique check-in process was not very accommodating. This property had only one guard/person manning the building; there was poor room service during our stay. They are not equipped to support guests with basic requirements- towels, toilet rolls, water, bath soap( we never got our bathroom bath soap refilled during our entire stay). The deluxe rooms are what it describes on the website- windowless, very dark and gloomy.

Everything was good except the fact that the unit we were given was on the street side and noise from the street below was incredibly loud all night. I wish this had been disclosed or somehow mentioned… otherwise it was a nice place and close to the Museum of Anthropologie which is what we wanted to visit…

I cannot recommend. The photos look nice, but the experience of the actual space is uncomfortable. I have never had a hotel with such poor sound proofing. You can clearly hear conversations in adjacent rooms which is a problem if people come home late or even just have normal conversations. We slept very poorly the entire time and actually left three days early (without a refund - the management said it was impossible to give us our money back.)

It was an overall good stay

The room was clean with all the amenities and decorations as shown on pictures. The app facilitates communication with the front desk, they responded within minutes and brought in the iron and extra towels in a few minutes. I fully recommend this hotel!

This is a nice place not far from Polanco area and Reforma with a short walk. Its very comfortable everything is great. Its just the road outside being so noisy and poluted. It does go quiet in the small hours but the rest of the time its a pain.

Property team changed my reservation to another property do to an issue with the room that I reserved and paid upfront for. Nothing I could do as it was after 8pm and all other options were more expensive last minute ones
