Very good and fast service.

This was my first time in Ternate, and I was right to stay at the Bela Hotel. The environment is beautiful, comfortable, and very welcoming. It's a great stay here, especially if you bring your kids, they're sure to have a great time.

Everything was fine except for room service. Not the food or the price, but the incredibly slow service. In the future, the service speed could be improved.

We got a room on the first floor, and there were a lot of workers renovating other rooms along the hallway, so the noise disturbed our rest. Please be sure to check for soap, shampoo, and other supplies, as they weren't checked or provided before guests checked in. Otherwise, everything was fine.

The room was quite comfortable, but the other side was under renovation, making it a bit noisy during the day. Amenities were quite complete, but unfortunately, soap and shampoo were lacking. Staff service was good, and the cleaning staff were very friendly. The swimming pool was accessible; the water didn't sting the eyes, but there were a lot of leaves and moss. Repurchase is recommended.

Cheap, very good, friendly service

The hotel staff were very friendly in serving check-in and check-out, especially the security guard who was very humble.

Nice hotel, nice view, they gave me a sea view balcony straight to the sea and city, spacious room, good bed, everything was very good and I like it. Try it when you come to Ternate.. Recommended

The swimming pool cannot be used, there should be compensation for consumers who have paid in full.

Everything is okay but the food is at the level of a 1-star hotel, hopefully this will be a suggestion for the restaurant.
