This is our second stay here. Nice hotel, spacious room, and a pretty spacious balcony. Yesterday, we checked in around 7:00 PM WIT, and there were no towels in the room. Luckily, a member of staff was cleaning the room next door, so we immediately asked for them. However, there was also no bath mat in the bathroom. Hopefully, the hotel management will address this.
