The hotel staff were all very friendly, and the service was excellent. The rooms were kept clean, and there was a lovely balcony directly overlooking the pool. The view was beautiful, overlooking Mount Gamalama. The atmosphere was peaceful. Overall, it was great, close to the city center, and easy access to everything.

The hotel staff were very friendly and kind. A quick story: I booked the wrong check-in date, so I had to re-check in through the app. Although the reservation wasn't visible on the hotel monitor, the receptionist on duty at the time, Mr. Iyhan, quickly helped me check into my room. I really like it here. The atmosphere is nice, the room is clean, big, and spacious. The bathroom is also big, the water is good, flowing smoothly, and the toilet is clean. The service is friendly. It's just a shame that when we arrived, the pool was being renovated, even though we stayed here because we wanted to play in the pool. It's okay, we'll come back next time.

A nice, luxurious hotel. The downside is that it feels stuffy, perhaps because the lobby air conditioning isn't cold enough or isn't enough. The bathroom blower isn't working, possibly because it's undergoing maintenance.
