Friendly hotel staff, delicious food, beautiful views.

It's really good... but you can't pay via QRIS when ordering through sales, so you end up buying it in the app.

A memorable experience during my business trip, close to many strategic locations and there are many convenience stores.

The hotel staff is friendly, I have stayed here several times and have always been satisfied.

This was my first time in Ternate, and I was right to stay at the Bela Hotel. The environment is beautiful, comfortable, and very welcoming. It's a great stay here, especially if you bring your kids, they're sure to have a great time.

Everything was fine except for room service. Not the food or the price, but the incredibly slow service. In the future, the service speed could be improved.

We got a room on the first floor, and there were a lot of workers renovating other rooms along the hallway, so the noise disturbed our rest. Please be sure to check for soap, shampoo, and other supplies, as they weren't checked or provided before guests checked in. Otherwise, everything was fine.

The room was quite comfortable, but the other side was under renovation, making it a bit noisy during the day. Amenities were quite complete, but unfortunately, soap and shampoo were lacking. Staff service was good, and the cleaning staff were very friendly. The swimming pool was accessible; the water didn't sting the eyes, but there were a lot of leaves and moss. Repurchase is recommended.
