Nice ever. Spacious room, great view, and clean.

I was impressed by the friendly and responsive service. The hotel area also has plenty of convenience stores and food outlets. The swimming pool is also clean. My kids really enjoyed their stay at this hotel.

My first stay here was great, so I decided to stay again. Then the second time was a really bad experience. From check-in to check-out, it was unpleasant. I was even told to walk to the motorbike parking lot, but I was so frustrated that I wasn't allowed to drive, even though I had a baby and a lot of luggage. This is going to be my last time staying here. It's really bad.

The check-in and check-out process was pleasant, and the hotel staff were friendly.

The most spacious room compared to other hotels in Ternate with the same price, the breakfast menu is varied, but the bathroom amenities are lacking, there is no hair dryer.

Book a room with a type and price of +- 700 thousand and given a normal room.. Dirty, smelly, lots of mosquitoes... The first experience at Bela Hotel was really bad.. The staff are friendly but for the room, try to reconfirm it, don't be like me, if I had known I would have only booked a room for 400 thousand because I would have gotten the same thing yesterday 🙄

The hotel must have been the pride of Ternate at some point. It is beautifully designed and is generous with space everywhere. From the reception to the restaurant and rooms. But unfortunately there is no money being put into maintenance and upkeep. All over the place walls are crumbling. The good: The room was big and nice. Probably twice the size of normal hotel rooms. The breakfast had a good choice, however I would prefer real butter instead of blueband. The bad: Internet only worked for an hour and the reception was not helpful in solving this. There were quite a few mosquitos in the room and the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The bathroom was terrible. Not only did half of the jets from the showerhead not work, there was this incredible fungus stain around the top of the sink, see photo, and a strong smell of urin. Recommend deep cleaning. On top of that the mirror in the bathroom was also quite blind.

It's an old hotel but it's OK. Pretty good location and the room is spacious. So sad that I could not use the swimming pool because it was a treatment day.

The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean, the service is friendly.

It would be better if the bottom of the bedroom and bathroom doors were repaired because they are all rotten, thank you.

strategic hotel, nice.. the view to the sea is also nice. didn't have time for breakfast, can check in earlier if the room is available, because the flight from Jakarta mostly arrives in the morning.

The floor needs mopping & towels need to be changed frequently, but otherwise it's very good & comfortable 😊

After taking a bath in the pool, I was forbidden to go through the restaurant, told to follow the stairs which were very dirty and slippery because they were covered in moss, and that's where I wasn't happy. Otherwise, it was okay.

Stayed for 1 day on a business trip. Excellent hotel, good scenic views, neat and clean. Good smiling serving staff and good food.
