The air conditioning was not functioning in my room as it was only blowing hot air. In the other room they offered in exchange, the ac unit did not start at all. The tiny ac units affixed under the windows in both rooms look like they date back from the 80s. Had not been cleaned for ages. When I started the first unit, it sent a cloud of dust directly into my eyes which triggered allergies. I was advised that their central air system was broken, including in the adjoining pub. The hallways leading to the rooms were stifling hot and so was obviously the interior of both rooms. This was not disclosed to me at check-in earlier in the afternoon when I paid and left for the day as my room was not ready. When I came back at night, I discovered the above-noted issues. In addition, one of the light bulbs over the bed was burned out. There was no overhead lighting. I noticed that the sheets were made of cheap thin polyester, completely inadequate material for the summer heat, let alone for Expedia standards. The pillows were made of the type of cheap vinyl found in hospitals. I requested a full refund and the employee, who is also the bartender, had to call his manager for approval. He had to insist on my behalf before being authorized to proceed with the refund. He was professional, understanding, and helpful. The problem is not him, but his management’s lack of integrity in taking full payment without disclosing the issues to customers, and then making it hard to get a refund.

The air conditioner was a bit dated. Room was hot on arrival and the cool down took a while. The hot water for shower took a while to come through. Other than that, average amenities.

Everything ok

Excellent rapport qualité-prix, rien de moderne, mais ma chambre était propre et confortable. J'ai resté une seule nuit, j'ai eu aucun problème. Le restaurant semblait servir de la bonne nourriture, j'avais déjà souper, donc je n'ai pas essayé.

Pas d’air climatisé, pas de séchoir, le rideau de porte ne fonctionnait qu’à moitié.Au déjeuner pas de gaufre, pas de beurre d’arachide,pas de fromage. Comparer aux 3 derniers séjours antérieurs 2026,2025 plus que déçu

Very strange hotel. Padded doors from the back of the restaurant into the room areas. The room was very outdated. My AC didnt work and when I tried to open the window the screen was ripped and hundreds of mosquitos came in. The blanket and box spring had odd stains on them. The bed frame was all scratched up.. the list goes on.

Room was okay…..floor was not cleaned. Otherwise things were good.

Belle surprise ! Hébergement simple, très propre, lit confortable, petit-déjeuner continental varié et accueil des plus sympathiques ! Café froid et toilette bouchée sans syphon.

The parking lot is a mess. Everyone parks where they want no matter where the lines are. This made it near impossible to leave our spot, someone blocked us in.

Bon service, le petit déjeuner était un peu limité.

Rooms are a little dated, but suitable. Amalgame Pub is very good. Continental breakfast was satisfactory.

Very noisy during the night

The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The restaurant/ bar area and the continental breakfast were also top notch. The room was very clean and neat. We were only there for less than 18 hours as we had a hospital appointment, but would stay again if the need arises.

Room was so cold, draft from the door & where the a/c. Phone didn’t work. Although they provide for us to move to another room but it was late.
