Great location and centrally located.

Room has no windows unlike what they showed in their photos. Asked if there's another room with windows and she said there's one for additional £20 per night but windows are frosted lol. I fell sick for 2 days and it was really depressing being stuck in a room with no windows. To make things worse, the hot water did not work for almost one whole day, the water was freezing cold! Called in, said someone is coming to fix next day at 10am, called again next day at 3pm, receptionists gave cold answer "they're working on it". Imagine not being able to shower after a long day of activities. Hot water was cloudy. Really

My husband and I felt comfortable in this hotel as it is within walking distance of the bus stop, and tube, and also you will find any foods you like surrounding the hotel, especially for us who would like to find Halal foods. As we stay more than one week, we also find the laundry service shop within walking distance.

Friendly reception staffs. A very close walk to west brompton station, and earls court station is also 10-15 minutes walk. Room is quite comfortable to fit 3 people. Lift is quite small but still fit for 1 person & 2 luggages, or 4 people at once

Convenient and satisfactory service.

When we checked in-we asked help to reception to put our frozen food at refrigerator hotel 's Kitchen because there was no refrigerator in our room, when we check out- we would like to bring the food-unfortunately only a few food that returned to us they asked apologize, but we were very upset. Because only a few it is returned to us.
