The host ibu there really helpful and fast respon, the room super clean, and plus point you already got a gallon of drinking water, also already had Netflix logged in on to the smart TV. Will stay here again if I have the chance, very recommended👍

There is no garbage, tissue, mineral water and TV isn't working at all, Air conditioner is hot too.

It's been 1.5 hours waiting for the room key and it hasn't been received yet.

Comfortable accommodation, especially close to public transportation, CS was very helpful when checking in, during the rental process and checking out.

Checking in is complicated, doesn't match paying from Friday to Sunday, you can only enter on Saturday at 12 noon! There are no refunds or anything like that, so the calculation is that we paid for 2 days and only got 1 day. The deposit of 300 thousand which was said to be returned after checkout has not been returned until now, even though checkout was from Sunday at 11 o'clock.
