Apartment in Jatinangor

The staffs are nice and helpful. But the room was not too clean, especially the bathroom. Our room was blackout twice, and finally we were moved to another room at night. The food was also poor, for the same price we can get complete and appropriate buffet at other 4 stars Hotel.

The hotel is recommended. It's away from the crowds, clean, the staff is friendly, and the food is delicious. I got a red envelope on my way home because it was Chinese New Year. Thank you.

Strategically located, quiet, comfortable, and incredibly clean, the room facilities are top-notch. The view is top-notch. I'll definitely be back next time.

The hotel's strategic location, cleanliness, and family-friendly atmosphere made it perfect for us, as we were from out of town visiting our son at the nearby campus. The same receptionist who assisted with check-in and check-out was very helpful, allowing us a late check-out after Friday prayers. Thank you.

Our second stay at this unit, and both were incredibly satisfying! From the first experience when Wi-Fi was not available until now when Wi-Fi is installed, this is definitely one of the upgrades that we really appreciate. The staff are very friendly and always ready to help, the room is clean and fragrant. Not to forget, the beddings provided are also in the best condition—clean, neat, and fragrant, making your rest even more comfortable. Thank you for the consistent and increasingly good service.
