the hotel staff is very friendly. when checking in, I was greeted kindly and friendly. I was immediately provided with drinks and a thermos of hot water. the room is clean, the bathroom is also clean. I have stayed here twice when I go to Lembang. It makes me feel at home because it feels like staying at my grandmother's house.

Every time we come to Bandung, Sapu Lidi is always the first option. The surrounding ambiance is great, we took the lake view suite. Our 2 dogs also love the place, just like coming home.
