The hotel staff is very honest, trustworthy, and reliable. I just finished a staycation here with my friends. The room was clean, and the water was running smoothly. On my way home, I forgot my ring. I contacted the staff, and they found it. ✨✨ The response was quick and polite. Definitely recommended, especially for those looking for a strategic location but still looking for an affordable stay.

Thank God. There are plenty of play facilities for the kids: a spacious yard for tag, a swimming pool with a slide, sandpits, and coloring, among others. So, the kids really enjoy it and feel at home.

One of the best hotels in Makassar, highly recommended for a staycation. The facilities are incredibly comprehensive, with one of my favorites being the Jacuzzi, a perfect place to relax. The best part is that the package includes three free meals a day, so you can truly enjoy your time at the hotel without worrying about food. Besides the hotel's excellent internal facilities, the location is also very strategic, offering easy direct access to Panakkukang Mall. Whether you're shopping or just sightseeing, you're just a short walk away. It's definitely worth it, and I'll definitely be back!

Thank you Citihub again. By chance, I got a new receptionist yesterday, so I had to show my ID. Usually, with the old staff, it's quick. Just deposit and auto check-in. But it's okay, overall it's good. I had a unique experience when they brought me a mukena and prayer mat for the Eid morning prayer. This service is cool. Citihub is always the hotel that is clean, comfortable, with an aesthetic scent from the lobby to the room.
