One of the best hotels in Makassar, highly recommended for a staycation. The facilities are incredibly comprehensive, with one of my favorites being the Jacuzzi, a perfect place to relax. The best part is that the package includes three free meals a day, so you can truly enjoy your time at the hotel without worrying about food. Besides the hotel's excellent internal facilities, the location is also very strategic, offering easy direct access to Panakkukang Mall. Whether you're shopping or just sightseeing, you're just a short walk away. It's definitely worth it, and I'll definitely be back!

The Aerotel Hotel's WA staff/admin are very friendly and responsive. Before arriving at the hotel, I contacted them via WhatsApp to plan a late check-in and request adjacent rooms (I booked 2 rooms). Once I arrived at night, it was comfortable, just pick up the key. For the deluxe king room, the bed was enough for us, 2 adults and 2 children. The room facilities, TV, AC, bathroom, are not new, but still quite decent for a 3-star class. The hotel's location is very strategic, close to food stalls/restaurants, minimarkets, the Losari beach platform, and street food stalls that open from night. In short, when it comes to food and other logistical needs, it's safe. For breakfast, the food is more plentiful and more varied on Saturdays and Sundays. As for the taste, it's quite good for me who is not too fussy about food. What impressed me was the post-stay service, where yesterday I left something in the room, the hotel staff was responsive and willing to help send it to my home address in Jakarta, and they refused when I wanted to give a tip for handling. Thank you Citihub again. By chance, I got a new receptionist yesterday, so I had to show my ID. Usually, with the old staff, it's quick. Just deposit and auto check-in. But it's okay, overall it's good. I had a unique experience when they brought me a mukena and prayer mat for the Eid morning prayer. This service is cool. Citihub is always the hotel that is clean, comfortable, with an aesthetic scent from the lobby to the room.

The staff are very friendly, always greeting us when we meet in the elevator, entrance, and area according to 4-star hotel standards. The overall facilities are complete, great. But if possible, the gym facilities will be equipped with more back and leg muscles, and provide 1 washcloth + soapy water spray for the mat/superbench after use (sometimes it smells a bit like sweat after use).
