We had a very pleasant experience during our stay at Gaia Hotel. Loved the hotel ambiance, the gardens are especially beautiful, loved the Koi pond and the greenhouse, too. Really enjoyed the breakfast and afternoon tea at the Club Lounge, the food and beverages are excellent. Especially my husband loved the steak and beverages. Our big appreciation goes to Fajar Hakim, Daniel, Chandra, Asep, Ruben, Rizki and Marisa from the Club Lounge for their attentiveness, warmth and genuinely caring towards us. You are all the best!

I was particularly impressed when I was asked if I had any suggestions upon check-out, and I immediately suggested that guests be disciplined when smoking by the pool, as it's a public facility and there are many children there. A quick tip: don't forget to ask the front desk for free parking, as the parking is quite expensive.

My first two-night stay at Ambarukmo. The food was delicious, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I had a minor issue, but the staff immediately resolved it. The kids' activities were really helpful, including the playground, swimming pool, and other play areas. The hotel is located next to a mall, about a 5-minute walk from the hotel, but it's not that far. I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Just enjoy the hotel facilities, from the balcony room, swimming pool, private beach, and boogie board ready to take you to the beach area. I had a wonderful stay at Royal Tulip Suite. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast had so many choices, and during breakfast and afternoon tea I was served by Dai, Yusuf from Cascade who provided excellent service and hospitality. Excellent!! I stayed there for 3 days for work. The cleanliness of the bedroom, bathroom, and the entire hotel was excellent. The staff and security were friendly. Oh, and what I really liked was the free refillable water dispenser (cold and hot) in the hallway (in front of the elevator), so drinking water was safe.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful during check-in and check-out. There were changing facilities and rollaway beds. The room was cleaned and cleaned quickly. They were efficient and ultimately made me feel comfortable. It made for a more restful sleep. Plus, the room was incredibly soft. It was a really comfortable sleep in this hotel. Check-out was also very easy. The food was delicious, varied, and they even gave me a free drink.
