We really enjoyed our stay. The villa was spacious, clean, and comfortable. All the restaurants were exceptional, a special shoutout to the staff at BaiYin restaurant for terrific food and service 👍🏻. Spa services were great too! Wonderful stay!

Staying at the Hilton Bali Resort was truly a delightful experience. It boasts a great location with beautiful ocean views, and the rooms are comfortable, clean, and feel spacious. The service is friendly and prompt, making guests feel cared for from check-in to check-out. The facilities are comprehensive, from the swimming pool and direct beach access to a delicious restaurant. The tranquil atmosphere is perfect for healing, family vacations, or a staycation for two. Overall, this is a hotel in Bali worth checking out, and I'd love to return again someday.

Slow living, no need to leave the hotel, plenty of places to visit within the hotel area, various pools, a private beach, delicious and varied breakfasts, friendly staff, and top-notch in-room dining, from service to food quality. Plenty of tenants too, the best.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Merusaka, Bali; it was a truly memorable experience. The hotel was very clean, smelled fresh, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the view was absolutely stunning!

This is the best hotel I've ever stayed! If you stay here, you don't have to go anywhere else, really. I was here for 3 nights with 1 toddler and 1 infant, and very regret that I couldn't stay longer because I had to catch a flight. They have perfect service, excellent private beach, amazing kids club, huge pool, even baby sitter! We took family suite room and the kids loved it, just like we stay on a tree house or in a ship! Breakfast was vary and very delicious, they have the best cappuccino. However, if you want to order food from outside by GoFood or GrabFood, be prepare to walk to security (not in the lobby) to get it. But they can bring a package delivered to your room, and they helped us printing our documents needed for flying overseas. Plus, they have hospital right across the hotel, if you need anything emergency and taking covid test. Our stay was perfect! Definitely will comeback!

Wonderful stay from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and fast, and all the staff were extremely friendly, polite, and helpful. The service throughout the stay was excellent. Everyone made us feel very welcome and comfortable. The room was clean, cozy, and very well maintained. Housekeeping did a great job every day. The hotel atmosphere was relaxing, and all facilities were in great condition. Special appreciation to the staff for their warm hospitality and professionalism. They were always attentive and ready to help with anything we needed. Overall, such a pleasant experience and definitely a hotel I would love to come back to again. Highly recommended!

Highly recommended if you’re planning on bringing your family to Bali (Nusa Dua). The location is far from Bali’s busy area - perfect if you want to have a relaxing and chill vacation. The pools are incredible and Nusa Dua beach is right behind the hotel.

The hotel staff were all kind and friendly, and the hotel facilities were excellent, making it suitable for families. There was a kids' club, which kept the kids happy. The beach was very clean. Everything was great.

Great stay, the room was clean and tidy, booking for 3 rooms and 2 nights was a very memorable experience. Will come back next time

The food was great, the room was super clean and comfy. They have a walkway right to the beach with stalls for water sports. Totally worth the money.

Comfortable room. Friendly, helpful staff. Incredible selection for breakfast buffet (included with room). Ordered one meal here and food was good, price was reasonable. Beautiful grounds. Nice pools. Located right on a nice beach. Especially enjoyed the free bicycles which we rode along the beach trail for more than an hour.

The intention was just to take the kids swimming at the hotel, I deliberately looked for the Nusa Dua area and right when I exited the toll road, so I didn't get stuck in traffic because it was a long weekend. I found several hotels, but this hotel had a playground, and with an affordable price, I think it should be tried. When I checked in, surprisingly we got a free upgrade! I booked a grand deluxe pool view, got a family suit! The room was very spacious, one main bed and there was a bunk bed for the kids, and the bathroom was also spacious. The staff were super friendly. There were 2 playgrounds, one indoor and one outdoor, and there was also a toy rack that could be borrowed for the kids. There were also 2 swimming pools, one for adults and one for children. As for the food, it was delicious! I even ordered dinner, it was delicious and the price was still affordable for a hotel in Nusa Dua. The breakfast was also delicious and the menu was varied. Btw, I'm not the type of person who likes to write reviews every time I stay at a hotel. But this really had to be reviewed, because it was really beyond my expectations! The kids are happy, their parents are much happier :).

I booked a two-night stay and thankfully got upgraded to a suite. The room was very spacious and soundproof, even though it was pouring rain outside, it wasn't too loud inside. The food was also delicious, and most importantly, halal. 👍

Exceptional service, particularly the friendly and welcoming staff at the morning breakfast who provide a great start to the day. While the beach is shallow and tide-dependent, the resort remains a high-value, quiet alternative to the busier parts of Bali.
