Slow living, no need to leave the hotel, plenty of places to visit within the hotel area, various pools, a private beach, delicious and varied breakfasts, friendly staff, and top-notch in-room dining, from service to food quality. Plenty of tenants too, the best.

The staff were all super helpful and flexible with communicating in Bahasa Indonesia and English. The rooms were comfortable and had no noise disturbances from nearby rooms. If you have business at the BNDCC, Grand Whiz has a little gate at the back open from 7 am to 7 pm that was such a blessing to have. It made the distance even closer! The food suited my dietary needs however, I would love to see an upgrade to the breakfast buffet though. I hope to be back next time.

The hotel staff is friendly, the hotel is nice with lots of activity options, direct beach access, clean and comfortable.

My first visit was amazing. The hotel is large and all the staff are friendly. Even though it wasn't check-in time yet, we tried out the facilities and everything was fine. I felt like just one day wasn't enough; I'd stay at least two. If I have the money, I'll come back again.

We enjoy Grand Hyatt Nusa Dua... every time we stayed. This is the third time. Room: Spacious, our bed is 240x200 because they connected 2 beds with a Hollywood connector. I love the wardrobe room inside the bathroom. Breakfast: There are choices of places... we love that they can cook a special menu of our choice... while we see the pool & sea. It is breakfast at Salsa Verde. Location: We stay without even going out driving the car, just across the hotel is Bali Collection. Also choices of restaurants in the hotel for lunch & dinner. We really enjoy our staycation.

The hotel is very new and they gave us the best room according to our booking. The staff are friendly, and the location is within walking distance to the nearest beach.

I found my stay at the Bali Nusa Dua Hotel very enjoyable. The staff were friendly, and the rooms were spacious and clean. While the food variety isn't as extensive as a 5-star hotel, I found it affordable and the food was good. The price is also quite affordable compared to other hotels in Nusa Dua. If I have another event in Nusa Dua, I'll probably stay at this hotel again.

Novotel Nusa Dua is very good service. The rooms are big and clean. The environment is also beautiful. Many activities for children. The breakfast menu is also varied. Hopefully Novotel Nusa Dua always put customer satisfaction first. thanks.
