Nice place, clean, spacious rooms, child friendly, delicious food, beautiful place, friendly staff.

Highly recommended if you’re planning on bringing your family to Bali (Nusa Dua). The location is far from Bali’s busy area - perfect if you want to have a relaxing and chill vacation. The pools are incredible and Nusa Dua beach is right behind the hotel.

The food was great, the room was super clean and comfy. They have a walkway right to the beach with stalls for water sports. Totally worth the money.

Exceptional service, particularly the friendly and welcoming staff at the morning breakfast who provide a great start to the day. While the beach is shallow and tide-dependent, the resort remains a high-value, quiet alternative to the busier parts of Bali.

The hotel is very new and they gave us the best room according to our booking. The staff are friendly, and the location is within walking distance to the nearest beach.

Wonderful hotel! They have 4 different pools and a private beach. They offer a lot of kids' and adult activities for free, so if you decide to just spend your day at the hotel, you won't be bored at all!

I had a very pleasant experience staying at this hotel, the staff were all friendly and helpful. From check-in to check-out. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the friendly front desk staff named Puspa, if I'm not mistaken. Welcome ice cream and fresh towels, luggage was handled to my room, and the room was cleaned throughout my stay. Every morning I was treated to a beautiful sunset from the balcony. Very close to Samuh Beach-Nusa Dua, ITDC, the Bali Collection area, and cool beach clubs nearby. Easy to reach from the airport too.

My first visit was amazing. The hotel is large and all the staff are friendly. Even though it wasn't check-in time yet, we tried out the facilities and everything was fine. I felt like just one day wasn't enough; I'd stay at least two. If I have the money, I'll come back again.

When we arrived in Bali, we found this hotel, thank God, it was really good, the service was good, the host was really nice, they came straight away, they were served, they were set up, they immediately got a room so they could rest straight away, the room was comfortable and clean, if they wanted to stay more, it was really good, those who wanted to stay overnight could come here yes,

I’ve been to Holiday Inn Nusa Dua plenty of times and always had the best time. It’s family-friendly, has easy access to pools & Nusa Dua beach, staff are friendly & accommodating, all in all a perfect place if you want to have a relaxing Bali vacation.

Nice staff, nice and clean room, my kids enjoyed staying here, I stayed in the villa type with pool, very impressive.

They only have 3 rooms (that’s why it’s called a lodge) and we stayed in the biggest room they had. We had more than we expected at first. Check in was fast, staffs were friendly, the room was spacy, and the room had complete amenities. They provided everything; like soap, shampoo, towels, tea, coffee, water, electric kettle, hair dryer, etc. In front of our room, there was a jacuzzi that we could use whenever we wanted. We had an amazing New Year’s Eve! Too bad we didn’t try the breakfast, because we woke up so late. Thank you very much for the great hospitality!

The room was comfortable, spacious, and clean. The service was very friendly. I loved the ambiance and interior of this hotel. The breakfast menu was a la carte, but everything was delicious. Perfect. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Bali.

I had a wonderful sleep. I love the traditional design, how clean the place is, and the garden. It is a secret paradise within the area. Worth spending money and time. The crew are all nice and caring, and everything in my room is super clean and well-organized.

The hotel is superb! Exactly like what you see in the pictures. Staff are friendly. It has a Good sized pool, with a backyard which is only few steps away from the beach with sunbeds provided. It was very quiet during my stay as it was still in pandemic time.
