Beautiful resort. Our family suite was nice. Staff were helpful. Food was good. Will stay again.

Beautiful resort this was our 2nd time visiting. This becoming more of a family resort.

great location for water sports right in the back side of the resort. design and architecture of the resort is a little strange and takes a while to understand how to navigate it. staff is very friendly. we were assigned a Concierge lady called Cicilia. She was amazing through out our stay helping book tickets, answering our questions and many other things. Our only frustration was because of extra fee charged for adding an extra bed for our 14 year old. The description of the room said it sleeps 4, but we were still charged for accommodating our son. we were only 3 in total. kinda misleading.

Clean room, friendly staff, good selection of breakfast, though, peak hour service can be slow. Room was decent, just the sockets didn't work, we had to get the electrician to come and fixed the bedside sockets. Can see and feel the property is sightly aged, but aged well. Highly recommend young families

Wonderful amazing stay!

First time staying at the Conrad and definitely won’t be the last. They set the bar high. All of the staff from the grounds men and gardeners, cleaners, concierge, bar staff were so so friendly and helpful. Service was like nothing I have EVER experienced. Nothing was too much trouble and they always went above and beyond. Excellent hotel. You won’t be disappointed if you choose to stay here!

We stayed in Conrad Bali for 5 days. We had a wonderful time, the weather was beautiful. Full sun all the way. The staff were amazing. We will definitely come back.

Clean room, nice pools, near the beach

From the moment we arrived, we felt like royalty; completely taken care of. The hotel staff were so dedicated to making sure our every need was met, in particular our dedicated curator, Cicilia, who deserves a special shout-out for going out of her way to get to know us well enough that she could tailor our stay to our liking perfectly. What truly made this hotel stand out were the staff, however it was only enhanced by all the thoughtful little details like the delicious welcome drinks, getting to choose which pillow mist for the turndown service, or the ice cool glass of water that shows up when you've been roasting on a lounger by the pool! The grounds and gardens were lovely and well thought out, and the layout of the hotel was unique and interesting, with multiple scenic routes to get anywhere, perfect for our complementary photoshoot! The spa was enormous and utterly peaceful, lots of massages and treatments to choose from and free use of the sauna and yet another, quieter pool hidden from the masses! Breakfast was excellent - importantly, reliably good croissants and coffee every day and consistently high quality food and plenty of options. Something for everyone. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and would return in a heartbeat. We had an absolutely unforgettable stay and genuinely found it heartbreaking to leave.

Tiles in the swimming pool need urgent attention. Apart from that it’s a quality hotel with amazing views.

Staff and site were perfect. Not too far from activities but far enough to truly relax. Definitely will be staying here again!

The room had a persistent damp smell throughout my stay. I requested a room change, but unfortunately this was not accommodated, and I had to remain in the same room for four days.

The Conrad is a beautiful hotel and its pools are amazing. Check in was disorganised and time consuming with many people waiting and our room not being ready at 4pm. The room itself is spacious, clean and well equipped but poorly decorated which made it feel quite bland. Breakfast was plentiful, the staff were attentive…big lines as lots of people stay here. The pools are huge and lots of them. I found nusa dua to be a bit boring, perfect for a couple of days relaxing but night life is non existent.
