The service at the hotel was very friendly and family-friendly, especially since it's located right in front of Kuta Beach, so kids can immediately go out and play in the sand. There are also plenty of swimming pools to choose from. Hopefully, there will be a dedicated children's playground in the future.

I had a pleasant stay here. The location is strategic, the room is clean, and comfortable. All requests via the app were handled. The restroom was also clean. I'll probably stay here again if I ever come back to Bali.

From the moment you enter the hotel, you're greeted by the friendly staff and the cleanliness, and upon entering the lobby, you're greeted by the magnificent building, beautiful views, and fragrant aromas. Upon reaching your room, you're also served delicious fruit, cakes, and nuts. Furthermore, you're treated to exceptional amenities.
