An unpleasant experience. Customer service didn't return my ID card upon check-out and didn't call. I only remembered it until I arrived at the airport and had to rush back to the hotel. Customer service simply apologized. They should have helped me send the ID card to the airport using GoSend so we wouldn't have to go back and forth due to the hotel's mistake.

The room was dirty and smelly. The pillows and blankets looked like they hadn't been changed, damp and sticky with the smell of sweat (like someone who had run a marathon and then lay on the mattress). Even though we arrived at the hotel at 11:00 PM, the pillows smelled so bad that we couldn't sleep. At 3:00 AM, we asked housekeeping for new pillows, only to be able to sleep a little, even with the blankets in the same condition. Early in the morning at 7:00 AM, we immediately checked out because we couldn't stand the smell of the room, mattress, and blankets.
