My stay here was enjoyable because the hotel is: 1. Strategically located, close to the beach and aesthetic cafes. 2. The service staff was great; I asked for a hairdryer and they quickly provided it. 3. I didn't try the food because I booked without breakfast. 4. There were also many promotional prices.

I stayed here before and everything was fine, but now it's very different. The room isn't as comfortable as before, and the AC isn't working properly either, so during my two-night stay, I felt very hot every time I slept. I've already informed the FO (Front Office), but it seems like it hasn't been fixed. I think you should do better next time. Thank you 🙏🏼
