The location is on the main road, the rooms are spacious and always clean, check-in and check-out are always fast, hopefully I can stay here again if I go to Bali.

Fast check-in. The room was okay for the price. The bathroom facilities were a bit lacking. The swimming pool was okay. Breakfast needs improvement; it often runs out and isn't refilled quickly enough. The menu is also lacking in variety, and the food could be significantly improved.

Overall, I still appreciate the hospitality and the location, which is why I decided to give 4 stars. However, I hope the management can consider upgrading some of the accommodations and facilities for a better guest experience. The main issue during my stay was the bathroom odor, which was quite unpleasant and affected the overall comfort of the room. I may also have been a bit unlucky because there was a large group of students staying at the same time, so the atmosphere became rather crowded and difficult to manage. I understand this situation may not happen all the time, but it did impact the quality of my stay. I hope this feedback can be taken positively, as I believe the hotel has good potential with some improvements.

I was originally supposed to stay for three nights, but I added another night because it was so comfortable. Every time I come home from sightseeing, the room is tidy. Nice hotel, worth the price

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights yesterday. When I first entered the room, it smelled like damp because I was in a downstairs room. In the end, I decided to buy my own air freshener because I knew I would be staying for a long time. As for cleanliness, the room was quite clean, the linens were clean, there were no stains or odors, and it was cleaned daily by housekeeping. The AC was also very cold. However, the shower water was small, maybe because it was clogged or the water flow was bad. What I didn't like about this hotel was that it was very noisy because there were a lot of students on a study tour staying here. At 1 am, they were running around and giggling, so I couldn't sleep even though I had a meeting at 7 am. Luckily, the receptionist and security quickly reprimanded the children so they stopped being noisy. I really appreciate it. My suggestion is to make a regulation that after 10 pm, it's better to warn them to keep quiet because it will disturb other guests. The security team should also take the initiative to walk around reminding noisy guests.
