Nice place, clean hotel, everything is provided and good location. Close to the shops and many Balinese restaurants. Staffs are also helpful. We came early, but they allowed us to check in early. It was very helpful for us with kids.

The food at the hotel is delicious, and the hotel is comfortable and close to popular spots in Bali. The rooms are spacious and have complete amenities. I wasn't disappointed; I'll definitely be back. 🤍

I chose Alila because of the comfort. Apart from hotels located in the Seminyak area, wherever you want to go, it's close. My super comfortable room with open sea view, even though the price is a little expensive, it is worth it with the view. Thank you to Mrs. Rina as the manager and Mr. Ngurah, who have helped a lot over the past 20 days, they are all friendly and helpful. I will come back if I have a holiday in Bali.

Breakfast was served à la carte, and the staff took the time to explain each menu item. Everything I tried was delicious. The room was spacious, and the bathroom was beautifully designed. I also loved the complimentary snacks, fruits, and drinks provided in the minibar. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. If you go to Bali, you must try staying at Sampatti. The best! The staff is super friendly, the breakfast is also delicious. Usually, breakfast at a hotel/villa always tastes bland, at Sampatti it's really like home-cooked food. The villa is very cozy, clean, and super fragrant🥰
