I stayed at this hotel during my vacation in Bali. The staff, from security to front desk, and even the service staff, were friendly. The atmosphere was quite comfortable, and the location was very strategic. I found the food to be quite varied and quite tasty. However, perhaps because it's close to the main road, there was a bit of noise from motorbikes (it seemed like there were a lot of foreigners eating rice that night). But that didn't deter me from returning.

The room and bathroom were very clean for a 4-star hotel. The staff was friendly but not assertive. There was a noisy group that lasted for over 30 minutes at 10 PM (they had an early flight the next morning, so it was really disruptive to our rest time). I called the receptionist twice, but nothing worked. They said they would handle it with security, but that seemed like nonsense. Dissatisfied!
