Very professional hospitality hotel and cool and clean open area

Great little hotel, clean room, good parking and the owner very kind, we loved it

I was initially hesitant about choosing this hotel, but it turned out to be an unexpectedly pleasant stay. We stayed in a Deluxe Twin Room. The room was clean, smelled good, and the hot water worked well. The bathroom was well-equipped. As we had to check out at 6 a.m., the restaurant brought us a breakfast box to eat on the way (by request).

The location is easy to find, very close to Gilimanuk harbor, safe place, clean, comfortable hotel, friendly and very helpful owner or guard. Next time if needed will stay here again.

Dialoog Banyuwangi has always been on my bucket list, and I’m happy to say that my stay lived up to my expectations! Everything was wonderful, from the atmosphere and facilities to the hospitality. I was particularly impressed by the breakfast. The variety of options was excellent, and everything tasted really good. The staff were also incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. One suggestion I have is regarding the room curtains. I think replacing the current roller blinds with double-layer curtains, including sheer curtains (vitrage), would be a great improvement. This would allow guests to enjoy natural sunlight without compromising their privacy, as the current setup makes the room quite visible from outside when the blinds are open. Overall, it was a lovely experience, and I’m glad I finally got to stay at Dialoog Banyuwangi. Definitely a memorable stay!

An accommodation with a beautiful view. It's located approximately 10 minutes from Ketapang Harbor. It has a clean, spacious swimming pool, and is comfortable for children. There's a restaurant on the second floor with a beach view. The food is reasonably priced and delicious. There's also a relaxing/hangout area in the lobby. If you buy food outside the accommodation, you can eat it in the lobby, which offers a beautiful beach view.

A strategic, beautiful, and comfortable place to rest and unwind between exploring the beauty of Banyuwangi and its surroundings. Fast check-in, clean rooms, beautiful views, and a varied food and drink menu at the restaurant.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Recommended rooms, clean, and all the amenities are good. Aquviva mineral water. Strategically located on the roadside.

Children love staying in the family suite because it provides a comfortable room, toys, free cookies, and the interior is also suitable for children.

The weather and the perfect room, combined with the beachside atmosphere, add to the unforgettable impression 👍
