We had a very pleasant experience during our stay at Gaia Hotel. Loved the hotel ambiance, the gardens are especially beautiful, loved the Koi pond and the greenhouse, too. Really enjoyed the breakfast and afternoon tea at the Club Lounge, the food and beverages are excellent. Especially my husband loved the steak and beverages. Our big appreciation goes to Fajar Hakim, Daniel, Chandra, Asep, Ruben, Rizki and Marisa from the Club Lounge for their attentiveness, warmth and genuinely caring towards us. You are all the best!

The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is child-friendly. Every time I visit Bandung, I always stay at the Grand Tjokro Hotel. It's also a great place for kids to stay.

I enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean and spacious, and the hotel facilities were complete, especially for the kids, with lots of activities. The food was delicious and varied for breakfast. The room amenities were also complete, including a bathtub and a hairdryer for the girls. The location is also right in the city center. Definitely recommended.

It's an old hotel but still well maintained. Staff are very helpful & friendly. Definitely will stay here again when we go to Bandung.

I happened to be with Ms. Tania when I checked in and out, and she was incredibly friendly. All the staff at Trans are friendly. The rooms are clean, and the breakfast menu is very varied. The kids loved the swimming pool the most. Overall, I have no regrets staying here.

My first time staying here. The kids had a great time swimming. The water wasn't too cold, and there was a hot tub in the corner for therapeutic purposes. There were plenty of slippery slides, so I was really happy. I stayed in the Kayu Kencana room. The room was very compact, not very large, but comfortable enough with cool air conditioning, complete amenities, and a plunge pool in the bathroom. Breakfast was quite tasty, and the menu was varied.

The hotel's numerous swimming pools ensure it's not overcrowded. The hotel itself is spacious. A free upgrade is available upon check-in, making your stay at Aston even more enjoyable.

Stayed here for 3 nights, and the location is quite close to the city center. The hotel is new, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and quite spacious, the swimming pool is quite large and warm, and there are plenty of breakfast options. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay.

Great hotel for family staycation, fun warm kids pool, big pool for family, lots of activities during the weekend, even pickleball, good spread of breakfast.

Clean, comfortable, fully equipped, very kid-friendly, and with a comprehensive breakfast. The price is very affordable considering the amenities provided. And most impressively, yesterday I got a room with a truly stunning view. At night, you can also see the city lights.

I've stayed here several times. Why do I like it? Because the food is delicious and varied, the chicken porridge comes complete with liver and gizzard, and there are all kinds of herbal drinks. The bed is bright, the mattress is comfortable, and you get 6 pillows. It's close to everything, next to the Indomaret hotel and restaurants, and close to the toll road too. Overall, it's recommended for those who want a hassle-free stay.

The best 5-star hotel we've ever stayed in. Super kid-friendly, even if we didn't leave the hotel all day, we wouldn't get bored because there were so many activities for the kids.
