My stay at Gaia Hotel Bandung is incredible. The rooms are modern, the valley views are stunning, and the vibe is pure relaxation. My top tip: block out 2 hours from one of the mornings just to explore the hotel, it has an amazing garden and a cafe with a view that helps set the relaxing vibe for the day to come.

I enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean and spacious, and the hotel facilities were complete, especially for the kids, with lots of activities. The food was delicious and varied for breakfast. The room amenities were also complete, including a bathtub and a hairdryer for the girls. The location is also right in the city center. Definitely recommended.

I happened to be with Ms. Tania when I checked in and out, and she was incredibly friendly. All the staff at Trans are friendly. The rooms are clean, and the breakfast menu is very varied. The kids loved the swimming pool the most. Overall, I have no regrets staying here.

The hotel is new, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and quite spacious, the swimming pool is quite large and warm, and there are plenty of breakfast options. We had a wonderful stay at Novus Giri Resort & Spa in the Premier Garden Room. The room was spacious, modern, clean, and smelled great. The amenities were complete, and everything was well maintained.
The warm pool was a big hit with the kids, and there were fun activities to keep them entertained. The food was delicious, and even our toddler enjoyed every meal.
Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. One night definitely wasn’t enough! The service was excellent, and all the staff were friendly and welcoming. We would love to come back again.
